  • Flow Yoga

    Creative, Fun, and Fluid

    Flow is based on Vinyasa yoga, a series of Hatha yoga poses practiced in "flow" using breath to facilitate the movement from one posture to the next. Vinyasa increases vitality, strength, flexibility, assists with weight loss, and creates spontaneous joy! Vinyasa also connects and grounds us in our lives, and aligns us with our intuition, creativity, and awareness of ourselves and the world. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced students.

  • Power Yoga

    Hatha Yoga Poses

    This class consists of thoughtfully sequenced poses, held for 30 seconds to 1 minute, with the emphasis on alignment and precision to enhance toning, strength, flexibility and endurance. These intuitively designed sequences provide an overall therapeutic result. Advanced postures will be introduced. The asanas are held longer allowing you to move deeper into the pose and your self-awareness. Expect to be transformed. Modifications are always offered, making this class suitable for all levels.

  • Hot Flow Yoga

    Step into your power, as you experience a juicy blend of physical, flowing postures in a heated room that is certain to make you sweat! You will embark on an exploration of self as you draw the yoga of your life on to your mat, and return to the world with invaluable tools for life. This class maintains a deep focus on the energy of breath and movement and will leave you feeling energized and cleansed to the core. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced students.

  • Restore Yoga

  • Warm Power Flow Yoga

    Combines the best of Flow and Power classes in a lightly heated room. Blend of flowing movement with a clear attention to detail, this class will challenge you to a heightened awareness of self, strength and vitality. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced students.

  • Yoga Foundation

    This class will introduce basic yoga postures and focus on proper alignment and breath awareness. This is a great class for Beginners or for seasoned yogis who want to get back to basics and really move deeply into the foundations and nuances of the asanas.

  • Yoga Private Sessions

    One on One

    Private yoga instruction in Clermont.

    A one on one session which will be dedicated to helping you to begin or deepen yoga practice. In addition to teaching yoga postures, breathwork and relaxation techniques, private yoga sessions can also be designed to help the client rehabilitate physical injuries or move through emotional difficulties. Whatever brings you to your private yoga session, you can be sure it will be transformational.

  • Happy Hour Yoga

    Fun Tunes and Laughter

    Start your weekend off with conditioning class that will develop core and back strength, increase flexibility, coordination and balance. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment and breathing to increase circulation. A funky flow suitable for all levels.

  • Slow Flow

    This is a slower version of our flow class in which a series of Hatha yoga poses are practiced in flow using breath to facilitate movement form one posture to the next. Flow yoga improves flexibility and endurance and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Since the pacing is a bit slower, this class is suitable for all students.

  • Terri Shulman

    True Power Yoga

    Co-owner of One Yoga and Fitness, Terri Shulman has worked in fitness/ wellness field since 1988. Terri is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology in 1993. She began teaching Yoga in Fitness Facilities in 2001. Her passion for Yoga led her to a deeper study of Yoga, so she began attending Master Classes with Bryan Kest in 2007. In 2010 She completed the 270 hour Teacher Training in Power Vinyasa Alignment Yoga in and will graduate the 615 YTT training in Power Vinyasa Alignment Yoga in October 2012. Terri has continued her studies with Missy White's Arm Balance Workshop, Advanced Hot Yoga with Missy White, “The Light of Yoga Workshop” with Tony Nenov, Bend your Inversion – Inverted Backbends, and Partner/Acro Yoga with Briohny Kate Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein. Terri teaches classes and is also available for private yoga sessions. She specializes in Therapeutic Alignment Yoga for all levels.

    Gina Keefe is co-owner and founder of One Yoga and Fitness. She holds an M.S. in Education and has 12 years of experience in fitness training.

    She's a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 registered yoga teacher with thousands of hours of teaching experience. She is also a member of the National Association of Yoga Therapists and is pursuing training in both the Wisdom Method School in Yin Yoga Therapy as well as the Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy.

    “It is my experience that yoga has the power to transform your life, body mind and spirit. I have used yoga as a powerful tool to help athletes balance their training regimens and to improve performance by bringing balance, flexibility and awareness to body and breath. The practice of yoga has helped other clients overcome injuries and find healing from chronic pain. In my own experience, yoga has been pivotal in managing stress and taming anxiety. It is now my mission to share the countless gifts of yoga with anyone who will come to the mat with me.

  • Jenny Clarke

    Cultivation of Awareness

    Jenny Clark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, is a registered yoga teacher (500 hr) and Licensed Massage Therapist (MA47036). She teaches mixed level alignment based vinyasa flow classes. Jenny holds Reiki levels I/ II certification and also completed a three-year healing program at the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism. Jenny believes that the healing that comes from integrating our spiritual and physical aspects is the key to our growth and health. Yoga serves as that bridge.

  • Lorelle Santiago

    American Fitness Educator

    She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Lorelle has completed a 30 hour Manju Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training and the 270 hour PowerAlignment Yoga Teacher Training. She is passionate about helping students reconnect with their internal wisdom about their bodies. Lorelle teaches yoga, pilates, TRX, belly dance and is also available for private yoga and personal training sessions.

  • Rebecca Roberts

    National Yoga Alliance Certified

    Rebecca Roberts graduated from FSU with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Theater. Rebecca has studied Siddha, Hatha, Ashtanga and Bikram Yoga since 1990. Rebecca is trained in Empath yoga with Erica Boucher and holds the National Yoga Alliance 200 hour certification. She is currently enrolled in her 500 hour certification with Rolf Gates. Rebecca believes that through our yoga practice and teaching we create and hold a space for ourselves and others to move through stuck emotions, transform limiting beliefs, and heal our minds and bodies.

  • Julie Weiss

    Certified Yoga Instructor

    Julie Weiss, a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, received her vinyasa and hatha certification in 2004. Most recently, she joined Shiva Rea’s Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers, as she completed her 300 hourprana-vinyasa certification. Julie’s children's certifications were completed with Yoga Ed. and the Radiant Child Yoga Program. Additionally, she is certified in mat Pilates through Core Pilates in NYC. She holds a B.A. in dance. Julie’s classes combine strength, fluidity, and a dash of light-hearted humor, bringing an enlivened sense of freedom, joy, and sweetness!

  • Brandi King

    Brandi King recently graduated from UCF with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Hospitality Management. Working in restaurants for many years, she shifted her lifestyle to her passion for helping others. She has been leading private and group yoga sessions for over a year; in January 2013 she became a 200-Hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Alliance after an 8-module program at New World Wellness in Kissimmee. She is currently enrolled in a 700-hour Wisdom Method Yoga Therapy Training. Brandi has taken workshops with many established teachers (including authors Rolf Gates and Max Strom) but continues to study extensively through her own research and regular class attendance. Her classes will bring out your inner smile and playful, yet peaceful Spirit.

  • Max Nuccio

    Max Nuccio, inspired by his mother’s grace, got his first taste of yoga through her home DVD. It was not until several years later, though, that he fully grasped the power of Yoga. He spent a semester studying Sivananda Yoga with Richard J. Valdes at UCF in 2008. Through his detailed instruction of the different branches of yoga, including meditation and pranayama (breath control), Max realized that Yoga was going to be a major part of his Life Journey. He discovered the healing power of Yoga by working through his own personal challenges related to PTSD. He found Yogic exercises to be the most effective method for moving through depression, anxiety and trauma. His Purpose is to share his wisdom and methodology with those working through their own challenges. Yoga has begun to purify his body, mind and heart, gradually creating a strong vessel for true growth and positive manifestation. Inspired by the Power of Practice, Max received his 200-Hour Certification in Vinyasa Yoga in January 2013 from New World Wellness in Kissimme, FL and is registered with Yoga Alliance. He has studied and taught various meditation techniques with Craig Costello and trained in Vipassana Meditation with Daniel Logan. He has also received a certification for Thai Massage as Yoga Therapy with Ramona Crabtree-Falkner.

  • Tracy Quinn

    Tracy Quinn is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. She began practicing yoga in 2002. Her practice reached a new level when she became certified as a teacher of the Barkan Method in 2003. She first began to teach yoga in South Florida at that time. In 2008, she returned to South Florida to complete the Barkan Method Hot Vinyasa Level 2 & 3 as a way to enhance her practice. Tracy likes to continue to grow and learn on her yoga journey having recently attended a Restorative Teacher Training workshop. She is also certified to teach TRX.
